She is survived by: her close friend Tim Hodges; her sons, David Spivey (Brandi) and Christopher Adams (Alisha); her grandchildren, Dylan, Alex, Jacob, Jordan, Mariah, Xavier, Zane, Mahlie, Tad and Layton; her great grandchildren, Jacoby, Sadie, Nash, Palmer and Waylon; and her sisters, Vickie Tribby and Kim Green. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
