Patricia A. Cramer Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on May 15, 2026, at the age of 67, Patricia A. Cramer (New Middletown, Ohio) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Patricia A. Cramer to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul E. Swesey Sr. and June E. Swesey (McClish); her granddaughter Rosalie Zembower; her nephew Tim Swesey; and her siblings, Michael Swesey, Paul Swesey, Danny Swesey, Jack Swesey and Janet Maximovich.
She is survived by: her husband Steven T. Cramer; her sons, Michael P. Zembower Jr. (Ashley) and James D. Zembower (Tara); her grandchildren, Kalysta Zembower (Alec), Robbie Hissem, Zoey Zembower, Xander Zembower, Timmy Zembower and Addison Zembower; and her siblings, Bob Swesey (Ida), Darlene Swesey (Angel) and Paula Semanovich (Ed). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to Rosalie's Forever Footprints, a local 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization established in memory of Patty's beloved granddaughter, Rosalie Noelle Zembower. Monetary donations should be made out to Rosalies Forever Footprints and mailed to 8649 Spring Hill Trail Poland, OH 44514.
