He is survived by: his wife Debra S. Fabrizio (Yost); his daughters, Faith R. Dailey (Tom) of New Middletown, OH, Laura A. Myers (Brian) of New Middletown, OH and Holly A. Koehler (Alex) of Columbus, OH; his grandchildren, Thomas George, Bo Dailey, Sara Dailey, Jameson Myers, Evelyn Koehler and Luca Koehler; his sisters, Patricia Prudoff of New Middletown, OH, Rose Leapaldt (Bern) of Chaska, MN and Sandra Neubecker of New Middletown, OH; his in-laws, Jim and Katheryn Staudacher of Poland, OH; and his sister-in-law Kathy Mason of McKinney, TX..
