With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Metzka of New Middletown, Ohio, born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on October 17, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Metzka and Sally Chuckovich Metzka; and his siblings, Gerald Metzka and Sally Rogers. He is survived by : his wife Kathy I. Gillam; his son Mark R. Metzka of Slippery Rock, PA; and his grandchildren, Trey and Marissa Metzka.

In lieu of flowers material contributions can be made in his name to the Springfield Local Athletics 11335 Youngstown – Pittsburgh Road, New Middletown, OH.
