He is survived by: his wife Kay "Cyrus" Balluck; his sons, Stephen Balluck (Jaclyn) and Craig Balluck; his grandsons, Klayton and Knox Balluck; his pet Keeley; his brother Michael Balluck (Michele) of Irvine; his aunts and uncles, New Middletown and Barbie Dull; his brother Rich; and his sister-in-law Kristy Cyrus.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Clemente Funeral Home (10170 Main St, New Middletown, OH 44442). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
