He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Margala and Jennie Margala; and his siblings, Jerry and Stella Johnston. He is survived by: his wife Melanie Ann Bednar; his children, Stephen "Steve" Margala (Donna) and Hope Archer (Keith); his grandchildren, Megan Ballinger (Andy), Stephen "Matt" Margala (Devon) and Alyssa Archer; and his great grandchildren, Henry Ballinger, Hattie Margala and Eliza Margala. He is also survived by extended family, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
