She was predeceased by : her father Donald Gene Hembree. She is survived by : her husband Nathan A. Templin; her mother Vicki R. Moore (Hoff); her children, Sam Templin and Brooke Doolin (Travis); her siblings, Tiffany Hall (Mathew), Jonathan Hembree and Jeremy Hembree; and her grandchildren, Gabrielle, Lillian, Addelyn and Allyanna. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
