He is survived by: his wife Trudie Simon; his son Zachery Thomas; his daughter-in-law Myka Simon; his daughter Anna Christine; his son-in-law Casey Lee Purvis; his brother Joseph Gray; and his grandchildren, Matthew Brock, Sophia Rose Simon, Imani Powers, Gauge Thomas Simon and Rafael Simon Purvis.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Barnes Funeral Home - New Paris (109 W Main St, New Paris, OH 45347).
