With profound sadness, we say goodbye to George J. Bouley of New Paris, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. George left this world on July 24, 2025 at the age of 89, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph G. Bouley and Edith Bouley (Nelson); his wife Doris V. Bouley; his stepdaughter Debra Lee Martin; and his siblings, Margaret Foley, Rita Smith and James Bouley.
He is survived by: his daughters, Carol Atkins and Linda Bouley; his stepchildren, Peggy Sue Shroyer of New Paris, OH and John W. Shroyer, Jr. of Champlin, MN; his sisters, Edith Allen of Bristol, RI and Jean McGrady of Somerset, MA.; and his close friend James "Red" Myers. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Spring Lawn Cemetery (201 Cedar Springs Rd, New Paris, OH 45347).
