McCown of New Paris, Ohio, born in Pikeville, Kentucky, who passed away on February 5, 2024, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Russell S. McCown and Leary M. McCown (Mead); and his siblings, Marlene Bowman, Carolene Sims, Russell McCown Jr., John McCown and Ricky McCown.

He is survived by : his siblings, Mary Jane Howard (Robert Spangler) and Buford Ray. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
