He is survived by: his wife Tammy A. Lipps (Holzapfel); his children, Nichole R. Bertke (Joe) of Spring Valley, Ohio and Michael R. Lipps (Krystle Johnson) of New Paris, Ohio; his siblings, Steve Lipps (Pam) of West Manchester, Jim Lipps of Eaton, Ohio and Beverly Cruze (Duane) of Eaton, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Carson Lipps, Kaylee Becraft and Lady A. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
