He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Hall and Wanda Hall (Shellenbarger); and his brother Wesley Hall. He is survived by: his wife Joyce A. Hall; his children, Beth Vanzant (Ed) of New Paris, Randy Hall (Rhonda) of Eaton and Scott Hall (Chris) of Eldorado; and his stepson Brian Kaucher (Emily) of Camden. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.
