He is survived by: his girlfriend Margaret Teegarden; his daughter Tammy Dale of Richmond, IN; and his grandchildren, Cantrel Decker, Shadrick Delk, Chantal Crane, Nicholas Dale and Tyler Dale. He is also survived by several Great Grandchildren and several Great Great Grandchildren.
