He was predeceased by: his parents, Barney Edward and Edna Pearl Stemple (Krall); his wife Sarah Jane Stemple (Bucher); his son James Earl Roe, Jr.; and his siblings, Jerry Lee Stemple, Charles Richard Stemple and Esther Marie Ridenour.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Roe (Vail), Tony Roe (Beth), David Roe (Chris), Jane Ann Cory (Wayne), Rhea Kemplen (Kevin) and Deborah Withrow (Erik); his sisters, Patricia Lou Prevatt, Hilda Henderson and Norma Jean Reiff; and his brother-in-law Donald Bucher. He is also survived by grandchildren & great grandchildren & great great grandchildren.
