He is survived by: his children, Candy Sowder of Eaton, OH, Roger McDermitt (Chrissy) of Eaton, OH and Eric McDermitt of Fairborn, OH. He is also survived by six grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; and a large extended family.
