Silverthorn (Page); his sons, Tyler Silverthorn, Spencer Silverthorn, Zane Silverthorn and Lucas Gerber; his cousin Dawn Kolacsky; his siblings, Michael Silverthorn, Christine Silverthorn, Rebecca Silverthorn and Monica Silverthorn; his parents-in-law, Judy, Klaus Weber and Robert Page; and his siblings-in-law, Brandon and Sara Kandel.
