He was predeceased by : his parents, Harry Welsh and Barbara Hare Welsh. He is survived by : his sister Deb Zimmerman (Keith) of New Philadelphia; and his nephews, Ryan and Andrew Zimmerman. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and numerous cousins.
