With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David W. Moye of New Philadelphia, Ohio, who passed away on July 13, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ceil Fred Moye and Ellen L. Carpenter; and his half-siblings, Debra "Debi" Strobel and Harry Carpenter. He is survived by: his siblings, Joyce Heppe and Cecil Moye; his half-brothers, Timothy and Brian Carpenter; and his children, Robin Arntz, Rhonda Hylton (Andy), Sarah Lowery (Jeff), David Moye-Gipp (Kris), Mary Greavu, Dennis Moye (Stephanie), Gary Walters (Tenile) and Helen Williams-Kail (Mike). He is also survived by his many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.
