She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Myles and Grace Myles (Neidert); her husband Leo Francis Forrest; her siblings, Raymond Myles (Lena) and Ellen Lemmon (Robert); and her in-laws, Robert Myles (Eileen), Thomas Myles (Rosella), Joan Rine, Ivan Myles (Ethel Lou), Donald Myles, Mary Mildred Myles and Bernard Myles.
She is survived by : her children, Thomas Forrest (Diane) of Virginia, Patrick Forrest (Joanne) of Maryland, Elizabeth Labishak (Matthew) of West Virginia, Jo Anna Kelly (John) of New Philadelphia and Timothy Forrest (Lisa) of Virginia; her nephew Michael McInerney (Cathy) of Cincinnati; her grandchildren, Shannon Kelly, Juliette Forrest, Michael Patrick McInerney (Christine), Cristi McInerney and Nicole Egbers (Bobby); and her siblings-in-law, Robert Rine, Patricia Myles and Pat Myles. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
