He is survived by: his mother Deanna Faye "Diane"; his wife Kimberly S. Kramer (Cannon); his daughters, Sierra Kramer (Trent Leeper) and Shannon Kramer; his grandchildren, Theo and Leo; his sister Tammy Jo Kramer; his nephews, Tyler Kramer and Trevor Striker; his stepdaughters, Brianna and Kaylee Miller; his stepgranddaughters, Violet, Clover and Allyondra Famal; his friend Carlene Howell; and his cousin Faith Hostetler.
