He is survived by: his children, Brittni Bair of New Philadelphia, Michael Bair of New Philadelphia and Susan Bair of New Philadelphia; his grandchildren, Breanna Wilson of Minerva, Sarah Bair of Dennison and Corey Bair of New Philadelphia; and his sisters, Ginger Doane of Tippecanoe and Patricia Pilkington of Cleveland. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
