He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Francis and Shirley May Sullivan (Gribble). He is survived by : his wife Trudy; his daughters, Lori Henning (Rob) of New Philadelphia and Ellie Wentz (G. A.) of South Carolina; his grandchildren, Nick, Vinnie Henning, Ethan and Juliana Wentz; his sister Sue Tinker (Todd) of Atlanta, Georgia; and his siblings-in-law, Floyd Swinderman (Dalene) of New Philadelphia and Pat Nickerson (Cliff) of Columbus. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and many lifelong friends.

The family requests memorial contributions in Fred's name be directed to Lifeway Hospice, 716 Commercial Avenue SW, New Philadelphia, Ohio 44663.
