He was predeceased by : his parents, George Krieger and Grace Smitley Krieger (Siebert); his wife Dorothy Reidl; his siblings, Annie Dotts, Bessie Baker, Marian Hupp, Louis Smitley, David Smitley, Opal Such, Thomas Smitley, Wanda Beaber, Eugene Smitley and Edward Krieger; and his grandson Terry Swank.
He is survived by : his children, Pam Miller (Jim) of Magnolia, Patricia Schaefer (Robert) of Randolph, Paula Goudy (Mark) of Bolivar, Paul Krieger (Linda) of New Philadelphia and Perry "Mouse" Krieger (Jeri) of Grand Island. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 30 great-grandchildren.
