It is with sadness that the passing of James Patrick Fredericks of New Philadelphia, Ohio is shared. James Patrick, born on October 4, 1973 in Columbus, Ohio, passed away on September 23, 2026. He is survived by: his sons, Logan of Nebraska and Grant of Nebraska; his father Peter of Westerville; his brothers, Michael (Justine) of New Philadelphia, Gregory of Westerville and Josh (Stephanie) of Westerville; and his nieces and nephews, Anthony, Brendan, Brianna, Gabrielle, Jordan, Lauren, Luke and Madison.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Moreland Funeral Home (55 E Schrock Rd, Westerville, OH 43081). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St Paul the Apostle Catholic Church (313 N State St, Westerville, OH 43082).
