He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. Winkler and JoAnn Heaston; and his brother Jeffrey Winkler. He is survived by: his sisters, Julie Kline (Thomas) of New Philadelphia and Janie Dockus; his siblings' children, Kelly Cappel (Jason) of Dover, Clarissa Gregg of Colorado and Casey Kline of Philadelphia, PA; and his great-nephew Jeremy Cappel of Dover.
