He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur M. Ball and Jane Golder Ball; and his siblings, Dorothy Morgan, Donald Ball, Harold Ball, Earl Ball, Robert Ball, Gilbert Ball and Betty Costello.
He is survived by: his children, William A. Ball (Darlene) of Dover, Patricia Miller (John) of Dover, Debra Ewing (Randy) of Dover and Richard A. Ball (Mary) of Gnadenhutten. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
