He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Wayne, Rosemary Smith, Robert and Italia West. He is survived by : his son Gabriel "Gabe" West of Dover; his siblings, Chad West (Shannon) of New Philadelphia and Katie Shoup (Kevin) of Highlands Ranch, Colorado; his close friend Jen Fishel of New Philadelphia; and his nephews, Jackson, Evan and Kaden West.
