It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Douglas Eugene Neff of New Philadelphia, Ohio, who passed away on December 4, 2023, at the age of 37, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his parents, Joseph Harley Neff (Laurie) and Darcy Kay Neff; his aunt Bonnie Fausnaugh; his siblings, Misty Neff, Tasha Speakman, Harley Neff, Tord Neff, Stephanie Bates, Mitchell Turner and Jimmy Turner; his children, Jase, Jakab, Jameson and Jagger Neff; his grandparents, Doug, Linda Dick and Winnie Rausch; and his uncles, Rick and Don. He is also survived by many other uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
