We are sad to announce that on February 9, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Judith Penrod of New Philadelphia, Ohio, born in Fremont, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert William and Donna Frances McKinney (Hampton); and her sister June Ann Reese. She is survived by : her husband Richard Penrod; her daughters, Renee West (Troy) of Dover and Nicole Incarnato of Dover; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn West, Brock West, Alyssa Incarnato and Kaley Incarnato; and her sister Betty Jerski of Gibsonburg, Ohio. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions in Judy's name may be directed to Community Hospice 716 Commercial Avenue SW, New Philadelphia, Ohio 44663.
