She is survived by: her husband Wayne Prazak; her children, Amanda "Mandy" Yoder (Jim) of New Philadelphia, Mark Prazak (Amy) of South Carolina and Matthew Prazak (Kimberly) of North Carolina; her grandchildren, Matthew Prazak (Kennedy), Benjamin Prazak, Jeffrey Prazak, Wyatt Prazak, Jae Yoder and Hana Yoder; and her siblings-in-law, Nancy Dalka of Nebraska and Dean Prazak (Sharon) of Rhode Island.
