It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma J. Devney of New Philadelphia, Ohio, born in Dover, Ohio, who passed away on July 23, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul E. Deibel and Bertha Deibel (Archinal); and her significant other Robert L. "Bob" Devney, Sr.. She is survived by : her children, Mary Alice Waliga, Kathy Devney of New Philadelphia and Robert Devney, Jr.; her grandchildren, Jesse Smith, Augusta Waliga, John Waliga, Jessica Devney, Steven Teter and Michael Teter; and her great grandchildren, Taylor and Kayli Smith.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Dover Public Library, 525 N. Walnut St., Dover, Ohio 44622.
