He was predeceased by : his parents, William Jacob and Mary Jeane Neiger (Stewart). He is survived by : his wife Susan A. Neiger (Maurer); his daughters, Tiffany Troyer of Dover, Rachel McLandsborough of Bolivar, Denise Fitzgerald of New Philadelphia and Dawn Neiger of Dover; his siblings, Linda Mathias of New Philadelphia and Craig Neiger of New Philadelphia; and his grandchildren, Ricky Fitzgerald, Makayla Troyer and Keaton Troyer.
