We are sad to announce that on July 12, 2025, at the age of 69, Robert G. Murphy of New Philadelphia, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Robert departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Robert. Though Robert may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his father Harold Gene "Poody" Murphy; and his wife Rebecca Jean Murphy (Granfell). He is survived by: his daughter Jessica E.; his son-in-law Keith Klingler; his son Ryan Murphy; his grandson Dean Klingler; and his brother Dave Murphy.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the R. K. Lindsey Funeral Home (26 Grant St, Dennison, OH 44621). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
