It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert J. Powell of New Philadelphia, Ohio, who passed away on August 6, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Goudy Sr. and Thelma Smith Goudy; and his brothers, Gary Powell, Victor and Dale Goudy.

He is survived by : his wife Nancy Stein Powell; his children, Kerry Powell and Shawn Powell of Florida; his grandchildren, Brett, Kyle and Megan; his great grandchildren, Corey and Sabastian; and his sisters, Jo Ann Thomas of West Virginia, Joyce Calhoun of Maryland and Cathy Harman of Sardis, Ohio..
