He was predeceased by : his parents, Clint Rogers and Treva Rogers (Marshall); his daughter Judy Ann Rogers; and his siblings, Clyde Rogers and Pat Herring.
He is survived by : his children, Sally Warner (Donnie), Joe Rogers (Karen) of New Philadelphia and William Rogers, Jr. (Ruth Ann) of New Philadelphia; his grandchildren, Billie Jo McCune (Jeremy), Joshua Rogers, John Ruefly, Tyler Warner, Nikki Davis (Nick) and Katie Biedenbach (Phil); and his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Philip, Sofia, Daisy, Maggie, Kam, Angelita, Alisha, Brennan and Matthew.
It was also Bill's wish that memorial contributions, in memory of his daughter, Judy Ann Rogers, be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
