He was predeceased by: his mother Sharon McCandless; and his brothers-in-law, David Clay and Danny Vance. He is survived by: his father William "Bill" McCandless; his wife LaVonne McCandless; his daughter Jamie Boggs (Kurtis) of New Richmond; his granddaughters, Abigail and Aubrie Boggs; his sisters, Jeanell Knauff (Mark McConaughey) and Jennifer Floyd (Darin DeWeese); his friends, Abe Arnold, Matt Vanhoose, Jason Vanhoose and Mark Morales; and his caregiver Tammy Singleton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
