He is survived by: his wife Leatha (Combs); his daughters, Sheila Boone (Robby), Rachel Gelhaus (Carl) and Lisa Gambrell (Tim); and his grandchildren, Kimberly Wagner (Nick), Tyler, Austin, Alyssa, Braeden, Jack, Grant, Paul, Luke, Rosie, Lincoln, Scarlett, Finley, Gavin, Beckett and Kyla.
