She was predeceased by: her parents, William Smith and Mary Smith (Kreeb); her husband Dave Leonard Fallis; and her nephew Ryan O'Shaughnessy. She is survived by: her children, David Fallis (Karen) and Christine McManus (Terry); her grandchildren, Caroline McManus, Sean Fallis and D. McManus; and her siblings, Elaine Schmidter (Tom), Carolyn Reis (Bear), Greg Smith (Carla), Margie O'Shaughnessy (Mike) and Doug (Sandy).
The expanded family would enjoy a Smith Family Christmas together each year until COVID.
