He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Costello and Loretta Costello. He is survived by: his wife Sue Costello; his children, Kim Costello-Day (Lee) and Rich Costello (Kelley); his grandchildren, Joshua Day, Leah Day, Ryanne Costello, Keira Costello and Liam Costello; his cousins, Reynolds R., Ekstrom and Jack Costello; and his sister-in-law Wanda Costello-Huff.
