He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Jr. Spradlin and Karen Spradlin; his children, Caiden, Jaiden, Zaiden and Lilly Spradlin; and his siblings, Daniel Bolender (Chrystal), Randy Spradlin (Angel), Ray Spradlin and Tiffany Spradlin (Brian). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the E. C. Nurre Funeral Home (177 W Main St, Amelia, OH 45102). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
