He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard J. Collins and Doris Collins (Wheeler); his sister Pat Collins; and his brother-in-law Tom Core. He is survived by: his children, Brian Collins (Danielle) of Powell, Michelle Broad of Findlay and Stephanie Bennett (Jason) of Delaware; his siblings, Jim Collins (Carmen) of Powell and Lorie Core of Mt. Vernon; and his grandchildren, Ashley, Brittany, Dylan, Austin, Wesley, Blake, Charlee, Bodi and Harper. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
