He was predeceased by : his parents, William Clouse and Ida Clouse (Bouillon); his wife Imelda Clouse; his granddaughter Brooke E. Zoeller; and his siblings, Alvin, Firman, Walter, Herman, Esther Strausbaugh, Emma Gase, Irene Beaudry, Alvera Kin and Helen Holman.
He is survived by : his former life partner Imelda L. "Millie" Wise; his sister Adaline; his brother-in-law Leo Heitz; his children, Gene Clouse of Carey, Jerry Clouse of Alvada, Carol Conley (Gary) of Tiffin, Rosemary Schalk (Dan) of New Riegel and Mary Ann Zoeller (Brian) of New Riegel; and his grandchildren, Greg Schalk, Monica Westenbarger, Merissa Perry, Jordan Clouse, Meranda Clouse, Kristen Hess, Brittany Smith, Nathan Schalk, Lauren Zoeller, Brad Zoeller, Nick Zoeller and Zach Zoeller. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
