He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Horshok and Alma "Rosie" Horshok. He is survived by: his daughter Tiffany Ertle (Corey); his grandsons, Dominic and Damien of Homosassa, Florida; his son Bryan Horshok of Pinellas Park, Florida; his sisters, Rosebud Howell (Terry) of New Philadelphia and Tammy Booth (David) of Kilgore; his nephew Ethan Booth (Wendy); his cousin Robert "Rock" Lynch; Harold Miller.
