He is survived by: his significant other Karen Hayslip (Henderson); his children, Lynett Pagett (Denver) of Wilmington, Aime Garen of Wilmington, Jana Mayer (Josh) of Wilmington, Ryan Hayslip (Muriel) of Pennsylvania, Kristina Adams (Daniel) of Carmel and Olivia Hayslip of New Vienna; his grandchildren, Brittany Parrish (Steven), Leah Walker (RJ), Andrew Garen (Courtney), Valerie Donaldson (Lincoln), Grant Mayer, Lani Mayer, Daniel Adams (Chelsea), Haley Hayslip (Nathan), Reanna Adams (Issiah), Levi, Christian, Kayle Smedley (Devin), Jarad Kal'el Smedley, Sierra Hunt, Christyanna Brown and Jayhvanna Captain; his siblings, Dorothy Teboe (Wayne) of Buford, Mona Lengefeld (Mike) of Carmel, Betty Street (Steven) of Arkansas, Mike Stewart (Sonia) of Georgia and Brenda Booker of Alabama; his sisters-in-law, Tammy Collett of Wilmington and Becky Collett of Idaho; his nibling Karens; his mother-in-law Ruby Henderson of New Vienna; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Rider (Randy) of New Vienna, Judy Croghan (Kevin) and Alan Henderson (Amanda). He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren, many extended family members, friends.
