He was predeceased by: his father Dr. Richard Bath; his grandfather Dr. J. H. Frame; and his mother Gwendolyn Bath. He is survived by: his sister Barbara Singleton Stone; his sons, Joe Bath (Kerry) of Wilmington and Mike Bath (Trish) of Cincinnati; his granddaughters, Ashley Bath of Melbourne and Laura Long; his great grandchildren, Carson and Crew of Wilmington; his granddaughter Gina Bath; his great grandchildren, Berklee, Preston Edwin and Wake of Beavercreek, Ohio; his sister Jennifer Hollon (John); his sister-in-law Elizabeth White (Don); and his close friend Mike Noftsger of Doylestown, Pennsylvania.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In his memory, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
