He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl C. Finke and Irene Schmidt Finke. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Perrine Tudor; his daughters, Vicki Devor of Brooklyn, N. Y., Jenni Freeland (Bill) of Waynesville, OH and Abby Shinkle (Dave) of Waynesville, OH; the mother of his children Judy Hunter; his brother Richard Finke of Wake Forest, N. C.; his stepsons, Daniel Tudor of Covington, KY, Michael Tudor (Rebecca) of Celina, TX and Gregory (Stacey McIntyre) of Cincinnati, OH; and his grandchildren, Alberta Devor, Tanner, Wyatt, Riley Jo Shinkle, Scout, Kaia Heitkamp, Chance, Marley, Grace Tudor and Brooke Tudor Compton (Cameron).
