He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Sayre and Ruth Bernard Sayre of New Vienna; and his grandparents, Everett, Jennie Bernard, Merrill and Goldie Sayre.
He is survived by: his wife Maureen Wright Sayre of Cincinnati; his sister Connie Sayre Mason; his siblings-in-law, Keith Mason, David Wright and Pamela Wright; his niece Renee Hurley; and his great-niece Kyla Hurley. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
