Gorby Sr. of New Waterford, Ohio, born in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 19, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles E. Gorby and Fern Peterson Gorby; his siblings, John, Paul Gorby, Virginia Haldiman, Janet Dickey and Sandra Pedro; and his grandson Dustin Gorby.

He is survived by : his wife Frances Gorby; his children, Charles, Jr. Gorby (Karen) of East Palestine, Lisa Schumacher (Craig) of Austintown, Jason Gorby (Rae Ann) of New Waterford and Melissa Halverstadt (Bruce) of New Waterford; his sister Carol "Mic" Crawford of Columbiana; his grandchildren, Dillon, CJ, Andy, Delaney, Anna Mae, Bryce and Mason; and his great grandchildren, Mia and Lillian.
