He is survived by: his siblings, Dennis Percy, Carol Ann Robb (Kenneth) of New Waterford, Kimberly Sue Cope (David) of Fremont and Eric Percy of Columbiana; and his siblings' children, Monica Robb Blasdel, Sarah Robb, Amanda Robb, Jason Cope, Rachel Cochran (Cope), Joshua Percy (Kayla), Adrienne Percy, Jonathan Percy and Andrea Percy.
