He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kell and Florence Lucille Kell (Norton); and his wife Vickie Buchecker Kell. He is survived by: his daughters, Stacie McCurdy (Mark) and Erin Pflueger (Justin); his sisters, Gloria Ward and Sally Tusar (Jim); and his grandchildren, Blaine, Kaiden, Chase, Evan, Lane, Jake of Reece, JJ and Elizabeth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
